New England Treatment Access (owned by MSO Parallel) has fired Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Affairs Kim Napoli.

Sources indicate the firing was in response to a Napoli family member opening a dispensary in Northampton, which NETA claimed was a violation of their non-compete clause.

This news comes as Kim's young daughter, Baby Shea, has been going through treatment for leukemia and, on so many levels, is both heartbreaking and rage inducing.
